14 jersey cows are contributing with fresh ecological milk and thereby milk products of high quality.
Today the cows are among the healthiest in the country, at the same time having a high yield.
These lovable and quiet animals have several times bestowed upon us Arla’s diplomas for the best milk in the country. The grain fields supply with wheat and rye. This is ground into fresh flour, which is the basis of the different types of bread from the bakery.
In the five greenhouse are grown different vegetables, e.g. red pepper, chilli, cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce. The vegetables are the basis of the vegetarian diet.
“Narayana Honey” consists of about 30 families of bees which annually yield 1.000 kg of honey.
The kitchen prepares food for all employees every day. The main part of the ingredients come from Narayana’s own farming and greenhouse.
